For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on items that are used, opened, or tampered with. This includes all skincare, serums, oils, and cosmetic products.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method

We’ll email you a confirmation when your refund is processed.
🔁 Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items. If your product arrived broken or was incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery. Please include a clear photo of the item.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Used/opened beauty or skincare items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Final sale items
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
